Phlebotomist for English Speaking Freshers in Al-Khor, Qatar


We are currently seeking a Phlebotomist for our medical facility in Al-Khor, Qatar. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have no prior work experience. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and preparing it for laboratory testing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and make patients feel comfortable before blood draw procedures
- Verify patient identity and explain the procedure to them
- Collect blood samples using proper techniques and equipment
- Label and store blood samples correctly for laboratory testing
- Monitor patients for any adverse reactions during or after the procedure
- Keep accurate records of all blood draws and patient information
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- No prior experience required, training will be provided
- Good communication skills and ability to put patients at ease
- Excellent attention to detail
- Comfortable working with different age groups
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends
