Art Director for English Speaking Candidates in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are looking for a creative and talented Art Director to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects and ensuring that they meet high artistic standards.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Nationality preference: Pakistani or Egyptian
- No prior experience required
- Must be willing to relocate to Al-Khor, Qatar
- Accommodation and visa provided by the company

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients and team members to develop creative concepts and designs
- Direct and oversee the work of designers, illustrators, photographers, and other artists
- Ensure that all visual elements align with the overall brand image and objectives
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of work produced
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Provide guidance and feedback to team members to help them improve their skills and achieve their goals

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or related field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, etc.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics
