We are currently seeking an experienced Biometric Passport Agent to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. In this role, you will be responsible for processing biometric passports for citizens of Kuwait. Your primary focus will be to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the passport application process.

Responsibilities:
- Collect and verify required documents from applicants
- Capture biometric data (fingerprints, facial image) using specialized equipment
- Enter applicant information into the system accurately and efficiently
- Conduct background checks and review application information for completeness and accuracy
- Assist applicants with any questions or concerns regarding the passport application process
- Maintain confidentiality and security of all passport-related information

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Biometric Passport Agent or in a similar role
- Familiarity with biometric technology and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
