Notary for English Speaking Clients in El-Fujairah, UAE - Pakistani Nationals Preferred


We are seeking a qualified Notary to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Notary, you will primarily work with English speaking clients and must be fluent in both spoken and written English. Pakistani nationals are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to notarize legal documents such as contracts, deeds, and affidavits.
- Verify the identity of clients and witnesses.
- Ensure all documents are properly prepared and signed by the appropriate parties.
- Keep accurate records of all notarized documents.
- Stay updated on laws and regulations related to notarial services.

Requirements:
- Must be a certified Notary with experience in notarial services.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English.
- Knowledge of Urdu or other Pakistani languages is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively explain legal terms to clients.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
