International Lawyer


We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled International Lawyer to join our growing team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As an International Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and representation to clients from different countries and backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting thorough research and analysis on international laws and regulations
- Advising clients on legal matters related to cross-border transactions, trade agreements, and other international issues
- Drafting legal documents, contracts, and agreements in compliance with international laws
- Representing clients in international courts or arbitration proceedings
- Negotiating on behalf of clients with foreign governments or entities
- Providing legal guidance to businesses operating in multiple countries
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in international laws and regulations that may impact clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an International Lawyer
- Excellent knowledge of international laws and regulations
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
