Construction Project Coordinator
As a Construction Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of construction projects in El-Ain, UAE. You will work closely with the Construction Manager to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, with a preference for Indians and Africans who are fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and safety standards
- Prepare progress reports for upper management
- Identify and resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the construction process
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and building codes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction management or coordination role
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
