Support Manager
We are seeking a Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the support services for our organization. This role is open to all nationalities, however, candidates with an Egyptian nationality are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the support team and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively
- Develop and implement support processes and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Train, mentor, and supervise support staff
- Handle escalations from customers and provide timely resolutions
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement improvements as needed
- Collaborate with other teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
Requirements:
- Must be willing to work full-time in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No experience required, but previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- Must have a biometric passport
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Strong leadership skills
