Job Title: Executive Secretary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Executive Secretary to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As an Executive Secretary, you will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks of our company and providing support to the executive team. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedules and appointments of the executive team
- Prepare reports, memos, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings and events
- Answer phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate person
- Maintain filing systems and ensure confidential information is secured
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant parties
- Assist with travel arrangements and accommodations for business trips
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Secretary or similar role
- Fluency in English is mandatory, additional languages are a plus
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Own visa is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome applicants from all nationalities
