Part-Time Retail Sales Associate
Location: Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE

We are looking for a part-time Retail Sales Associate to join our team at our store in Dibba-El-Fujairah. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products that meet their needs
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions and sales events
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals
- Continuously develop product knowledge to provide recommendations to customers

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani national preferred but not required
- Fluent in Urdu or Hindi, with basic English skills
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work part-time hours including weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to work without experience as training will be provided on the job
- Must be able to live onsite as accommodation will be provided*
