Livestock Specialist


We are currently seeking a highly skilled Livestock Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the care and well-being of our livestock animals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective strategies for the successful breeding, feeding, and management of livestock animals such as cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry.
- Conduct regular health checks on animals and provide necessary medical care when needed.
- Manage herd or flock records and monitor production data to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the preparation and maintenance of facilities for animal housing.
- Train and supervise staff on proper animal handling techniques.
- Stay updated on industry trends, research findings, and new developments in livestock management.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience working with livestock animals.
- Knowledge of animal nutrition, breeding techniques, health management practices, and facility design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with a diverse team.
