Industrial Engineer

We are currently seeking an experienced and skilled Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving production processes, reducing costs, and increasing efficiency in our industrial operations.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement new processes or procedures to increase efficiency
- Conduct time studies and optimize work flow
- Utilize Lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and improve productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and implement solutions
- Monitor production data and make recommendations for improvements
- Continuously evaluate production methods and suggest changes to increase quality and reduce costs
- Maintain accurate documentation of processes, procedures, and improvements

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and develop solutions
- Knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
