Farm Supervisor

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Farm Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our farm located in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of farmers, overseeing crop production, and ensuring the overall success and efficiency of the farm.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of farmers in daily activities including planting, harvesting, irrigation, and fertilization
- Monitor crop growth and health to ensure optimal production
- Develop and implement farming plans to maximize yield and efficiency
- Maintain proper documentation of farming activities, including inventory management and crop rotation schedules
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and best practices for farming operations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of crops to market
- Train new employees on farming techniques and procedures as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Farm Supervisor or similar role
- Knowledge of different farming techniques and equipment operation
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Previous experience working on farms in the UAE is preferred
