Administrative Manager for Malayalees in Abu Dhabi, UAE
Our company is seeking an Administrative Manager who is fluent in Malayalam and has a strong understanding of the administrative process. The ideal candidate will be based in Abu Dhabi and will preferably be of Malayalee nationality. This position does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for non-native speakers or those with limited English skills.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily administrative operations, including organizing paperwork, coordinating with different departments, and ensuring office efficiency
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients in Malayalam
- Maintain records and databases accurately and timely
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls
- Assist in budget planning and expense tracking
- Coordinate travel arrangements for team members as needed
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam with good communication skills in both written and spoken form
- Strong understanding of administrative processes
- Ability to work independently without supervision
- Prior experience in a similar role is not required but preferred
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be able to live on-site as accommodation will be provided
