Job Title: Insurance Sales Agent
We are seeking a highly motivated and driven Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and excellent communication skills, with a preference for Pakistani nationals. This is a full-time position that offers accommodation and does not require English proficiency.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their insurance needs, and offering appropriate products and services. You will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential clients to understand their insurance needs
- Present and explain various insurance products and services
- Follow up on leads and actively seek out new business opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations

Requirements:
- Prior experience in sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Driven and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to build rapport with clients and close sales
- Proficiency in both English and Urdu (or other Pakistani languages)
- Biometric passport or willingness to obtain one
- Must be able to legally work in Saudi Arabia
