Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our hotel's services and facilities to potential clients. This is a full-time position that does not require previous experience in the field, making it an ideal opportunity for beginners or non-native speakers looking to jumpstart their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and develop new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events
- Build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and other potential partners to increase business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify potential growth areas
- Create and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare detailed proposals and presentations for clients, showcasing our hotel's services and amenities
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and operations to ensure successful execution of sales strategies
- Keep updated on industry developments, competitors' activities, and market trends
Requirements:
- No specific nationality or location preference - we welcome candidates from all backgrounds!
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude towards achieving goals
