Entry Level Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Entry Level Wedding Planner. As a wedding planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to executing flawless events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about event planning and wants to gain experience in the wedding industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial consultations with clients to understand their vision and budget for their wedding
- Create detailed event timelines and budgets
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors such as caterers, florists, and photographers
- Coordinate all logistics for the wedding day, including transportation, setup, and cleanup
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or changes
- Ensure that all aspects of the wedding are executed flawlessly according to the client's wishes

Requirements:
- No prior experience in event planning required
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer service oriented with a positive attitude
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Must be an Indian national or have a valid work visa for Saudi Arabia
