Job Title: Night Auditor

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team at a luxury hotel in Doha, Qatar. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial and accounting aspects of our hotel during the overnight shift. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience with financial management software.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct nightly audits of all hotel transactions and ensure accuracy
- Prepare daily financial reports for management
- Balance and reconcile cash, credit card, and other forms of payments
- Verify guest charges and resolve any discrepancies
- Monitor and maintain the hotel's inventory levels
- Assist with guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night
- Ensure the safety and security of all guests by monitoring surveillance cameras and performing regular rounds of the property

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
- Previous experience as a Night Auditor or in a similar role is required
- Excellent mathematical skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial management software such as QuickBooks or Excel
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willingness to work overnight shifts on weekends and holidays
- Fluency in English is required
