Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Process Improvement Specialist (Indian Nationals)

Responsibilities:
- Analyze current manufacturing processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement efficient and effective solutions to increase productivity and reduce costs
- Utilize industrial engineering tools and techniques such as time studies, value stream mapping, and process flow analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvement strategies
- Monitor production data and performance to identify potential areas of improvement
- Train and educate employees on new processes and procedures
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools
- Proficiency in project management, data analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Must be fluent in English
