Art Director vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar

Art Director (Indian or Malayalee)

We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Indian or Malayalee, you will bring a unique perspective to our company and play an integral role in shaping our visual direction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of all visual elements for our projects, including advertisements, print materials, packaging, and digital media
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of visual designs with brand objectives
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance and mentorship to foster their growth and development
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative design concepts into our work
- Develop presentations and communicate design concepts effectively to clients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director in the advertising or design industry
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and other design software
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously

This is a part-time position that offers flexible hours. Fluency in English is not required for this role. We welcome individuals who are passionate about design regardless of their language proficiency.
