Protection Officer - Malayalee / Al-Wakra, Qatar

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Protection Officer to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As a Protection Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. This position requires strong observation skills, quick decision-making abilities, and the ability to handle potentially dangerous situations with calmness and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
- Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion or trespassing
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarms systems
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergency situations, such as fires or medical emergencies
- Conduct regular security checks of all entry points and report any suspicious activity
- Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing their concerns or answering questions
- Prepare detailed reports on incidents, violations, or disciplinary actions taken

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with strong knowledge of Malayalam language
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
- Physically fit with the ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license is an asset
