Administrative Director
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As an Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative operations and processes within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of administrative staff, including conducting performance evaluations and providing training and guidance as needed.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective administrative operations.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation for administrative functions.
- Handle any escalated issues or conflicts that may arise.
- Monitor compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase efficiency.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in administrative management.
- Experience working with visa sponsorship preferred.
