We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Hotel Manager, your main responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient running of all departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing staff schedules and performance, maintaining budget and financial goals, and ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of successfully managing a hotel. This is a full-time position with flexibility for part-time hours if necessary. Preference will be given to Indian nationals, but all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.
