Full-Time Handyman for Residential Properties in Al-Rayyan, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing general maintenance and repair tasks for our residential properties. This is a full-time position with an immediate start date.

Responsibilities:
- Perform various maintenance and repair tasks such as plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, painting, and HVAC maintenance.
- Inspect properties regularly to identify any issues or potential problems.
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for repairs and resolve them efficiently.
- Keep accurate records of all maintenance and repair activities.
- Ensure that all work is completed in a timely manner and meets quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:
- Must have previous experience as a Handyman.
- Strong knowledge of general repair techniques and tools.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (fluency preferred).
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Indian nationality preferred due to visa requirements.
