Front Desk Receptionist
We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the first point of contact for our company, the ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills in English and be able to handle a fast-paced environment with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they enter the building
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely manner
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for executives
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication skills are essential
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly demeanor
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of office equipment such as printers, scanners, and fax machines
