Video Content Creator


We are seeking a skilled and creative Video Content Creator to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Video Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing high-quality video content for our online platforms. This includes creating and editing video clips, as well as assisting with video shoots and post-production tasks.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the content team to develop video concepts that align with our brand and target audience
- Record and edit professional quality videos using various software and tools
- Assist with planning and executing video shoots, including setting up lighting, sound equipment, and camera equipment
- Work closely with the social media team to ensure videos are optimized for different platforms
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our videos
- Assist with post-production tasks such as color correction, audio mixing, and adding graphics or text overlays
- Manage video files and ensure they are properly stored and organized
- Contribute ideas for new types of video content that can engage our audience

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Video Content Creator or similar role
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
- Strong understanding of camera equipment, lighting techniques, and audio recording
- Excellent storytelling skills and ability to turn ideas into engaging visual content
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective video requirements
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- A passion for creating high-quality videos that resonate with audiences

Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, candidates who meet one or more of the following criteria will be given preference:
- Experience creating videos for online platforms in an African context
- Fluency in English
- Experience working in a multicultural environment
