Art Director (Contract) for English Speaking Indian Women in Al-Rayyan, Qatar



We are currently seeking an experienced and creative Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. This is a contract position specifically open to Indian women with English speaking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for art and design, along with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project goals and requirements
- Develop creative concepts and ideas for various projects such as advertising campaigns, branding, and website designs
- Oversee the entire creative process from concept development to final execution
- Manage and mentor a team of designers and ensure quality work is produced
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to constantly improve the quality of work

Requirements:

- Must be an Indian national living in Al-Rayyan, Qatar or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role in advertising or design agency
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership skills
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts or relevant field is preferred but not required
