Phlebotomist - Blood Collection Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Blood Collection Specialist, you will be responsible for drawing blood from patients and preparing samples for lab testing. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Perform safe and efficient blood draws from patients of all ages
- Accurately label and store collected samples for testing
- Verify patient information and ensure proper identification before drawing blood
- Follow standard procedures and protocols for sample collection and handling
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Monitor inventory of supplies and restock as needed
- Communicate with healthcare professionals to coordinate sample collection
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients during the blood draw process

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in phlebotomy preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Phlebotomist
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology, safety procedures, and infection control protocols
- Proficiency with biometric passport technology
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
