Business Coach

We are seeking an experienced and motivational Business Coach to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to individuals and organizations to help them achieve their business goals and improve their overall performance.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments to identify areas for improvement and developing action plans
- Providing guidance on business strategies, marketing techniques, and financial management
- Coaching individuals on leadership skills, time management, and decision-making
- Assisting with the development of business plans and setting achievable goals
- Monitoring progress and providing feedback to clients
- Offering support and motivation during challenging times
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Coach or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong understanding of business principles and strategies
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
- Experience in coaching individuals from diverse backgrounds with varying levels of experience
- Bachelor's degree in business management or related field (MBA preferred)
- Fluency in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)

This is a full-time position open to both Indian nationals and African nationals. No English language proficiency is required for this role. Students with a strong interest in business coaching are also encouraged to apply.
