Indian Merchandiser (English Speaking) in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Indian Merchandiser to join our team in Al-Kuwait, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for managing the buying and selling process of products to ensure maximum profitability. This position requires fluency in English and previous experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase profitability
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best deals for our company
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for product replenishment or discontinuation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotions and campaigns
- Analyze sales data and make pricing adjustments accordingly
- Ensure that products are displayed in an appealing manner to attract customers
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences

Requirements:
- Must be of Indian nationality with a valid biometric passport
- Fluency in English is mandatory
- Previous experience as a Merchandiser or similar role is required
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work long hours when necessary
