Entry-Level Merchandiser

We are seeking an entry-level Merchandiser to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of promotional and merchandising strategies for our products. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is looking to start their career in merchandising and gain valuable experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of promotional plans to increase product visibility and sales
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of merchandising initiatives
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and consumer preferences
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking products
- Communicate with suppliers to negotiate pricing and ensure timely delivery of merchandise
- Assist with creating appealing product displays that attract customers' attention
- Maintain accurate records of sales data, product placements, and promotions

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Preferably Indian nationality (open to all nationalities)
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa (sponsorship) or willing to obtain own visa
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
