Waiter for English Speaking Restaurant in Umm-Said, Qatar


We are looking for friendly and experienced waiters to join our team at an English speaking restaurant in Umm-Said, Qatar. As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
- Deliver food and drinks to tables efficiently
- Ensure tables are clean and set up properly before and after each guest
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high-end restaurant preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Malayalam or Urdu is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
- Strong multitasking skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred
- Must be able to obtain free visa and ticket
