Waiter/Waitress

We are currently seeking a friendly and dedicated Waiter/Waitress to join our team at a busy restaurant in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and possess excellent customer service skills. This position is open to Indian nationals who are looking for an English speaking job without prior experience. Accommodation will not be provided, but we are willing to sponsor the candidate's visa.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of orders
- Monitor tables and promptly attend to any additional needs or requests from customers
- Ensure a clean and organized work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions and process payments using POS system
- Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or complaints with professionalism

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must
- Prior experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
