Senior Sailor - English Speaking (Indian Nationality)


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Sailor to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a first class sailor, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe navigation and operation of our vessel. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Safely navigate and operate the vessel according to company regulations and international maritime laws
- Supervise and train junior sailors in all aspects of ship operations
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust sailing plans accordingly
- Maintain communication with port authorities, other ships, and crew members
- Conduct regular safety drills and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on the vessel

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with fluency in English (both spoken and written)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a first class sailor
- Valid seafarer's medical certificate and STCW certification
- Strong knowledge of international maritime laws and regulations
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a team environment
- Physically fit to perform duties on board a ship for extended periods of time
