Notary Assistant - Entry Level (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Notary Assistant. This is an entry level position, perfect for Indian nationals looking to start their career in the legal field. As a Notary Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team of Notaries in El-Fujairah, UAE.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with notarization of legal documents and contracts
- Preparing and organizing documents for notarization
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Communicating with clients and scheduling appointments
- Providing excellent customer service to clients from various backgrounds
- Assisting with translation of legal documents from English to Hindi/Urdu
Requirements:
- Indian nationality (preferred)
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Prior experience in a legal setting is not required but would be considered an asset
