Mediation Specialist


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Mediation Specialist to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Mediation Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating peaceful resolutions to conflicts and disputes between parties. This role will primarily focus on mediation for Indian nationals in the UAE.

Your main responsibilities will include:

- Conducting mediation sessions between parties to identify issues and facilitate communication and understanding
- Assisting parties in reaching mutually agreeable solutions and drafting settlement agreements
- Providing support and guidance to parties throughout the mediation process
- Maintaining confidentiality and impartiality at all times
- Keeping accurate records of all mediation proceedings

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience in mediation, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Fluency in English is preferred, but not required.

This is a full-time position with working hours from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday. As this is a non-residential role, accommodation will not be provided. This position is open to candidates of any nationality, but preference will be given to Indian nationals.
