Digital Community Manager


We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Digital Community Manager to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As our Digital Community Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing our online community through various social media channels, forums, and other digital platforms. Your main goal will be to engage with our audience, build brand awareness, and drive engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community management strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Manage all social media channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create and curate high-quality content for social media platforms
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries from the community in a timely manner
- Monitor online conversations related to the brand and respond accordingly
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create effective campaigns that target the community
- Analyze data and provide insights on community engagement and growth
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital community management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- Proven experience as a digital community manager or similar role
- Excellent writing skills with the ability to create engaging content for social media platforms
- Strong knowledge of social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
- Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices when creating content for online platforms
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights using analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Facebook Insights
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact with different audiences in a professional manner
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
