Deck Crew Supervisor
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Deck Crew Supervisor to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the deck crew and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position is ideal for someone with experience in deck crew operations and a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and direct deck crew members in their daily tasks
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times
- Monitor crew performance and provide feedback for improvement
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for deck operations
- Assist with the planning and execution of deck maintenance activities
- Conduct regular safety drills and training sessions for the crew
