Responsibilities:
- Operate and steer boats or watercrafts safely and efficiently
- Maintain knowledge of local marine regulations and safety procedures
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on boat equipment
- Communicate effectively with crew members for smooth operations
- Monitor weather conditions and adjust course accordingly
- Ensure the safety of passengers and crew at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Boat Helmsman or similar role
- Valid boat license/certificate from recognized authority
- Strong understanding of boat mechanics and navigation techniques
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays if needed

Preferred:
- Indian nationality preferred but open to all nationalities
- Experience working in UAE waters is an advantage
- Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate
