Support Manager for Malayalees in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Dibba-El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to our Malayalee employees. This role requires someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support and assistance to Malayalee employees with any work-related issues or concerns
- Serve as a liaison between management and employees, ensuring effective communication and understanding of company policies and procedures
- Monitor employee satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular check-ins with employees to ensure their needs are being met
- Coordinate with HR department for any employee-related matters such as onboarding, performance evaluations, and benefits
- Facilitate smooth integration of new Malayalee employees into the company culture
- Maintain accurate records of employee information and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam is preferred but not required
- Previous experience in a support or management role is necessary
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy and professionalism
- Working knowledge of biometric passports is desirable but not mandatory
