Support Manager (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with excellent English speaking skills and a strong background in customer support. This is a part-time position that requires the candidate to have prior experience in managing a support team and handling customer queries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team
- Train, mentor, and guide support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
