Indian English Speaking Manager

We are seeking a driven and experienced Indian English Speaking Manager to join our team in Ajman, UAE. As the Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company, ensuring efficiency and profitability. Your main duties will include managing staff, developing and implementing strategies to improve performance, and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a managerial role and strong leadership skills. The ideal candidate should also have excellent communication skills in English and be fluent in Hindi or other Indian languages.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the company
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and profitability
- Maintain strong relationships with clients
- Monitor budgets and financial goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Conduct regular performance evaluations of staff

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role
