Indian Oenologist in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Oenologist to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As an Oenologist, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of wine production, from grape selection to bottling and aging. Your expertise and knowledge of wine making processes will be crucial in ensuring the quality and consistency of our wines.

Responsibilities:
- Conducting research on grape varieties and their characteristics
- Monitoring fermentation processes and making adjustments as needed
- Overseeing the blending, aging, and bottling of wines
- Conducting quality control tests to ensure the wines meet our standards
- Managing inventory levels and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborating with winemakers, viticulturists, and other team members to ensure smooth production processes
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in wine making technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in oenology or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Oenologist
- Strong knowledge of wine making processes, including fermentation, blending, aging, and bottling
- Ability to conduct quality control tests and make necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Must have a valid visa allowing employment in UAE
