We are looking for a skilled Supply Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Supply Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing our supply chain operations and ensuring the efficient and timely delivery of goods and services.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in supply management or related field.
- Familiarity with supply chain processes and procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Source new suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure high-quality goods at competitive prices.
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers, monitoring performance, and addressing any issues that arise.
- Monitor inventory levels and forecast future demand to ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify areas for improvement within the supply chain process and implement solutions to increase efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits of suppliers' compliance with company policies, regulations, and standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise supply chain staff members to ensure they are properly trained on company policies and procedures.
