IT Manager (Indian Nationals)

We are seeking an experienced and skilled IT Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our company's technology infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and reliability. This position is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English and have previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective IT strategies and policies to support the company's overall goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, network systems, and security protocols
- Identify areas for improvement in the technology infrastructure and develop solutions to enhance efficiency
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Oversee the implementation of new systems or upgrades to existing ones
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide guidance and training as needed
- Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, making recommendations for their implementation as appropriate

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience working as an IT Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of network administration, security protocols, and system maintenance
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Experience with project management and budgeting
- Preference for Indian nationals currently residing in or willing to relocate to Riyadh without accommodation requirements
