We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a wedding event from start to finish. This is a full-time position requiring experience in event planning and a valid biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to understand their wedding vision and budget
- Source and negotiate contracts with vendors for services such as catering, décor, and entertainment
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Coordinate all logistics including transportation, accommodations, and guest seating arrangements
- Ensure all necessary permits and licenses are obtained for the event
- Oversee the set-up and execution of the event on the day of the wedding
- Handle any last-minute changes or issues that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire planning process

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in event planning, specifically weddings, is required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel if necessary
