Job Title: Call Center Representative (Indian Nationality)
We are currently seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers to promote products or services
- Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers
- Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a calm and polite manner
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective customer service delivery
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with the possibility of extension
