English Speaking Call Center Representative
We are seeking a highly motivated and fluent English speaking Call Center Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and will provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within company guidelines
- Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and concerns
- Keep accurate records of all interactions and transactions with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality customer service is provided at all times
- Meet or exceed monthly performance targets set by management
Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
- Must have a valid biometric passport for international travel
