Contract Attorney - Jeddah, Saudi Arabia


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Contract Attorney to join our legal team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Contract Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and guidance on all contractual matters. This is a contract position, perfect for those who prefer flexible work arrangements without the commitment of permanent employment.

Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze contracts to ensure compliance with laws and regulations
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, suppliers, and other parties
- Draft and revise contractual agreements
- Advise internal teams on legal implications of proposed contracts
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws and regulations
- Manage contract databases and track deadlines for renewals or amendments
- Handle any disputes or breaches of contract

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Contract Attorney or similar role
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master's degree is a plus
- In-depth knowledge of contract law in Saudi Arabia
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are a plus
