Online Consultant - English Speaking (Indian Nationals Preferred)


We are a leading online consulting company based in Al Kharj, Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking an experienced and fluent English-speaking online consultant to join our team on a full-time basis.

As an online consultant, you will be responsible for providing our clients with expert advice and support through various online platforms. This includes but is not limited to email, chat, and video conferencing.

Requirements:
- Indian national with proficient English language skills (both written and spoken)
- Previous experience in online consulting or customer service roles
- Full-time availability and flexibility to work in shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and platforms quickly
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (if required)

Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with their inquiries, concerns, and requests through various online channels
- Provide expert advice on products, services, and solutions offered by the company
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and provide timely solutions
- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and company policies
