IT Manager (Malayalee)


We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to join our team in Umm-Salal, Qatar. As a Malayalee, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive and diverse environment with no English language requirements. This is a contract position that requires prior experience in information technology management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the IT department and ensure smooth functioning of all systems and networks
- Develop and implement IT strategies, policies, and procedures to support the company's goals
- Manage and maintain all hardware, software, and network infrastructure
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely solutions
- Ensure data security and backup procedures are in place
- Stay updated on new technologies and make recommendations for improvements to current systems
- Manage IT budget and negotiate contracts with vendors

Requirements:
- Must be a Malayalee with experience in information technology management
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and security systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proven experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts with vendors
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with team members
- Prior experience working in a contract job is preferred
